Jake Windsnap is a male mermaid. He is the husband of Mary Penelope Windsnap, and the father of Emily Windsnap.

Jake has short slightly wavy black hair[2], deep brown eyes like Emily's[3], dimples[4], a tiny earring in one ear[5], and a white vest[6]. He has a sparkly purple tail[7]. While in prison, he wore a blue prison jacket.[8]
